Return Policy
At NEREUS, we want you to love every piece as much as we do. If something isn’t exactly what you expected, we’re here to help.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition- With original tags attached- Free of odors, stains, or any signs of wear
Refunds- Approved returns will be issued as store credit- We do not offer cash refunds, except in cases of defective items.
Exchanges- Exchanges are available for size or item (subject to availability) - If the item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items- Final sale items- Accessories - Items purchased during special promotions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will take care of it accordingly.
Shipping Costs- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs - Original shipping fees are non-refundable
